Welcome to Long Strange Trip, a newsletter about healing, growth, and the journeys we take. This space is for the seekers, the wanderers and those on a spiritual path who are curious to learn about the stars, the planets, the mystical and occult practices that offer ancient wisdom beyond what’s in plain sight or the collective zeitgeist.  If you are a seeker and looking for new ways to approach old problems, this space is for you. I think magic is real and these practices don’t take away uncertainty, but rather to help us navigate and cope with it as a natural part of life.

In the summer of 2022 I was working at Omega Institute offering readings to people from all around the world - each on their own unique journey. Working as a tarot and reiki practitioner, I was lucky enough to be a stop on their journey and witness so many deep insights, I was inspired to start this newsletter and share more about all the spiritual practices that have helped me grow and find more ease here on earth. Life is both mundane and mystical and there is divine timing in everything.
